Droids 2.0 On vacation, we purchased an experience for our youngest kids to make their own droid at a theme park. It was a fascinating experience, especially for our builder-oriented kids (and as a dad, it was fun too!). In creating and now playing with these remote-controlled droids at home, I made a powerful discovery. The droid head has an “eye” in the center as pictured...and here’s what’s critical: The droid will always travel in the direction that the “eye” is facing. It can never go backwards, the eye points the way to go. Now enter the Coaching connection. In leadership, you’ll always travel where your eye is pointed.
